I love dieting…..said no one ever.  No one wants to diet…we just want the results. Most people, unfortunately, are on a continuous yo-yo of diet fads, do not eat lists, starving followed by binging, constant weight fluctuations and having food control our thought life. This affects us in so many ways. Not just fitting into our favorite clothes, but in everything we do and the type of energy we have available to be present for our families, careers, and DFA goals.

In this session, we are going to share how we have created an anti-diet, anti-deprivation lifestyle to sustain our ideal weight and dress size year after year.  Arm yourself with knowledge to transform how you relate to food, end body drama, and banish self-defeating, nagging, critical self-talk. When you can find peace in your relationship to food, your body and inner knowing will guide you towards your ideal weight, effortlessly.
